MINE ORDINANCES

MINE ORDINANCES

According to Malachi 3:7 the only way you can properly biblically obey and accomplish Malachi 3:10 is by God's tithe ordinances, which are God's laws, the Law of Moses. Malachi 3:7 says this...

"Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?"

In Malachi 3:7 the people ask; "Wherein shall we return?" In other words they're asking; "How do we obey God's word?" God's answer is this, with two questions and two declarations...

Malachi 3:8 - "Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings."

>> God asked; "Will a man rob God? God's answer and declaration was; "Yet ye have robbed me."

>> The people asked; "Wherein have we robbed thee?" God's answer and declaration was; "In tithes and offerings."

You CANNOT obey Malachi 3:10 outside of the law of Moses. The point of Malachi 3:7 is that the command to tithe in Malachi 3:10 must be obeyed in accordance with God's tithe ordinances. To tithe in any other manner not pursuant to God's tithe ordnances is sin as the Apostle John states...

1 John 3:4 - "Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law."

Again; To tithe NOT in obedience to God's tithe ordinances is sin. In other words to properly tithe per Malachi 3:7 and Malachi 3:10 places you under the Law of Moses, which is why Malachi 4:4 also says this...

"Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments."

Whomever Malachi is addressing, they are under the Law of Moses.

Concerning the Law of Moses, the Bible tells us this...

Galatians 3:10 - "For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them."

By tithing based on Malachi 3:10 a Christian brings a curse on themselves clearly explained in Galatians 3:10.

The Bible also tells us this...

James 2:10 - "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." What is James telling us? James tells us that we must obey ALL of God's tithe ordinances or BE GUILTY OF DISOBEDIENCE TO THE WHOLE LAW.

Sadly, modern day tithing teachers are teaching a false tithing system not in accordance with God's tithe ordinances clearly stated in scripture.

THE TITHE ORDINANCES

What are God's tithe ordinances? Some of which are these...

Concerning your tithe;

1. Comes from the Promise Land. Lev. 27:30, 32, Neh. 10:37.

2. Is fruits, vegetables and clean livestock. Lev. 27:30, 32, Num. 18:27, Num. 18:28, Deut 12:17, Deut. 14:22, Deut. 14:23, Deut. 24:21, Deut. 26:12, 2 Chron. 31:5, 2 Chron. 31:6, Neh. 10:37, Neh. 13:5, Mal. 3:10, Matt. 23:23, Luke 11:42.

3. Is handed over to a Levite. Numbers 18:21-24.

4. Is three tithes totaling about 23 1/3%. Tithe one; Leviticus 27:30-33, Tithe two; Deuteronomy 14:22-27, Tithe three; Deuteronomy 14:28-29.

5. You live on the Promise Land while you pay the tithe. Deuteronomy 12:10.

6. You are not a Gentile. Leviticus 27:30-34; Psalms 147:19-20

7. You are a physical descendant of Abraham and Sarah, and of Isaac, Jacob/Israel living under the law of Moses. Psalms 147:19-20.

8. If temporarily converted to money, is not paid in the form of money, and you buy what you want to buy with the money. Deuteronomy 14:22-27.

9. The money is converted to wine, strong drink, food, and what ever you desire to buy with the money that you share with a Levite and his family at the feast where God has placed His name on the Promise Land. Deuteronomy 14:22-27.

10. Your pastor can prove he is authorized to receive a tithe, and that he personally owns the tithe, and that it is his inheritance, and it has been taken from the Levites and given to him. Numbers 18:21-24.

11. You tithe because you are living under the Law of Moses, and not the New Testament. Numbers 18:21, Acts 15:24, Malachi 3:7 and Malachi 4:4.

12. Your pastor is claiming you must pay tithes because Abraham did, Jacob said he would, or your pastor said so, when God has NOT said so. Ezekiel 22:28, Lamentations 3:37.

13. You do not take your tithes to anywhere. Nehemiah 10:38, Numbers 18:21-23.

...THOSE ARE GOD'S TITHE ORDINANCES. Disobey them and you are in sin and in violation of Malachi 3:7, Malachi 3:10 and Malachi 4:4,not to mention you are in violation of points 1 through 13.

GOD HAS NEVER INSTRUCTED A CHRISTIAN TO STOP TITHING

This is why the Bible does NOT instruct a Christian to STOP;

1. New Testament Believers have never received a command to tithe to begin with; therefore there is no need to instruct a New Testament Believer to stop tithing, to stop doing something they were never instructed to do.

2. No New Testament church, minister or ministry has any authority to demand or receive a tithe of any kind. No such authority exists in God's word.

3. The original Apostles were used by God to reveal and explain the promises, principles and commands of the New Testament to the Church, which contains no instructions for a Believer to tithe anything to anyone. No Apostle instructed tithing, no Apostle received a tithe or rebuked anyone or any church body for not tithing. There are no principles or tithing guidelines for tithing included in the New Testament for a Believer to follow.

4. The only group of people who had a command to tithe were the Nation of Israel living on the Promise Land (see Deuteronomy 12:10-11), who are the blood descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to whom God within the New Testament revealed to them that tithing was canceled being weak and of no profit; Hebrews 7:18. Additionally; neither Abraham or Jacob received any command to tithe; there exists no record of either of them being instructed to tithe. In Jacob's case, tithing was Jacob's idea, not God's. When Jacob made his promise to tithe God did not acknowledge it. Even if God had acknowledge it, there exists no instructions in the New Testament to "tithe because Jacob promises to do so."

5. Tithing was a matter of the Law of Moses; Matthew 23:23, Hebrews 7:5, Numbers 18:20-24. New Testament Believers are not under or bound by the Law of Moses. Though the Law of Moses has not yet passed away; Matthew 5:18; the New Testament saved Believer is not under the Law of Moses; "For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace." - Romans 6:14, see also Galatians 2:21.

6. No New Testament Believer has a command to "tithe as Abraham did," no such instruction exists in the Old or New Testament. Even the Children of Israel had no instructions to tithe as or because Abraham did; neither does the New Testament church have any such instruction.

7. Doing something God has canceled is foolishness; Lamentations 3:37 - "Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?" Doing something God has never instructed you to do is equally foolish; Proverbs 30:6 "Do not add to His Words, lest He reprove you and you be found a liar."

8. Who is the "us" who is to continue tithing, to whom God "never told 'us' to stop tithing?" What "us" are you referring to? If the "us" you are referring to is a New Testament Believer, "US" has NO command to tithe. See again points 1 through 7 above.

CONCLUSION;

God has NOT instructed a Christian to stop tithing because God has never issued a command to a New Testament Christian to begin tithing. Your argument of "we tithe because God has never told us to stop tithing" is foolishness and wholly without merit. Why would God tell Christians to "stop tithing" when a New Testament Christian has no instructions to begin tithing?

According to Galatians 2:21, if you are tithing based on any Old Testament commandment such as Malachi 3:10, then for you Christ died in vain;

"I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain." - Galatians 2:21, and you are bound to do the whole Law of Moses or be cursed; Galatians 3:10 - "For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them."

Many "tithers" and tithe teachers attempt to use the foolish argument of "where did God tell us to stop tithing," such a question is based on deception and ignorance. The Bible warns us...

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they draw to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto MYTHS." - 2 Timothy 4:3

Why hasn't God told us to stop tithing? ...because God has never instructed us to begin tithing!
